You must be a full or part-time Federal Employee at a minimum pay grade of GS-11 (or equivalent) to apply for Wright’s Personal Umbrella Liability Insurance (PULI) plans.

To sign up for EFT: download, complete, and return our EFT Form along with your completed application.
