Wright USA Federal Employee Professional Liability Insurance (FEPLI) Customers may request a receipt for premiums paid to Wright USA for their policy by downloading, completing and returning the FEPLI Reimbursement Request Form.

Wright USA’s receipt can be submitted to the applicable Federal Agency for reimbursement. All Federal Agencies are required by law to reimburse qualified employees up to half (50%) of their annual premium for FEPLI coverage.
