You must be an active, full-time Expatriate Federal Employee working a minimum of 30 hours per week to apply for Wright USA's CIGNA International Dental Plan.

You may choose your own dentist or access the International Network of over 90,000 qualified providers in over 160 countries. If you want to search the International Network for a provider, click here for a detailed Instruction Guide. Once you have reviewed the Instruction Guide, go to CIGNA Envoy to find a Network dentist. If you have questions about finding a dentist using CIGNA Envoy, please call 800-223-2273 Ext. 43222 and select Option 1 from the menu for assistance.

Your future Wright USA premiums can be paid automatically from your account at your financial institution on a Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual basis through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). To sign up for EFT: download, complete, and return our EFT Form along with your completed application.

Wright USA also offers an additional payment option by enabling you to charge your future premiums on a reoccurring basis to one of your major credit cards by downloading, completing, and returning our Credit Card Authorization Form along with your completed application.
